Buenos Dias!
This week was great! We visited one of our old
investigadors on Wednesday because he came to church with his family. HIs came
is Alejandro is 10 and his family is less active. And guess what? He got
baptized on Saturday! It was great, he was really excited and being baptized
was really the desire of his heart. His younger brother is 9 and is a little
crazy and he never wanted to listen to the lessons but after the baptism he
said he wants to us to visit him so he can also be baptized.
We also had a fecha with Mario and he is
planning on being baptized on Saturday. Pray for him!
This week has also been a little crazy because
we have been teaching in 4! A Hermana from here was serving in Nicaragua when
she hurt her ankle and had to come home. She should be going back soon but mean
while she has been tagging along with us. It’s a little weird to teach in 4 but
it works pretty well.
What else happened this week....ay I can’t
think of anything else. Oh we started doing Zumba. Hermana Rayas’ goal is to
break the stereotype that Hermanas come home gorditas or fat. So we are working
on that...I will take Dad’s advice about writing in my journal because I don’t really
do that on a daily basis.
I am really happy in my compship. I learn new
things everyday. Especially how to be humble. I love this work and know that
this is Christ church and when we follow Him, God will bless us more then we
can imagine.
